Vacumm, Treat, Agitiate & Rinse!

Vacuum - Treat - Agitate - Rinse!  We are ready to clean your caprets before you move in or on your way out. We believe that carpet cleaning requires four major steps, and we include each in every clean we do. Be ware of companies snagging you with low cost adds and the fine print will show, that "low cost" is for only the final step of the clean.

It Starts with a Vacumm.

A very important part of carpet cleaning or " shampooing" is actually taking the time to vacuum thoroughly. We use professional commercial vacuums from Riccar and Oreck to vacuum the area in multiple directions and using tools to vacuum the edges of the room. Dirt removal is KEY before treatment and rinsing.

Fiber agitation breaks loose the dirt and soil.

After significant vacuuming we are now ready to pre treat high traffic areas. We spray in a pretreatment that is meant to loosen the dirt and soil embedded in the carpet fibers. Then, in specific areas, we "agitate" the carpet to make the tough traffic areas loosen the dirt embedded deep. This also can “awaken” the carpet fibers that have decided to lay down.

Rinse and Dry.

This final step, which most people equate with "carpet steam cleaning" is really just a rinse and ph balance for the carpet. After using a pretreatment and then agitating the carpet, we go back with a wand as seen in the picture and spray in a rinse that brings the ph of the carpet back to neutral. The wand also "lifts" the rinse up leaving your carpet slightly damp and not sopping wet.
